Pet portraits are a great way to have memories of our furbabies even after they are long gone! I had so much fun photographing these two fur kids! These two loveable mixed-breed Pit Bulls are full of energy and love to frolic and play. Phoenix is the lighter and elder of the two, Fawkes is the dark-faced youngster. Meet Phoenix and Fawkes! Family Portraits – Tom and Jen

Tom, a friend, contacted me to inquire about a family portrait. They needed a family portrait as they only had single photos of their children. After a short consultation, we decided on a location by the bank of the river just down the street from my studio. We captured a selection of images, mostly editorial-style with a few posed photos. After the main portrait was created, we set the kids loose for me to chase around and capture some candids of them before the session ended. As I was combing through the photos, Sharon (my wife) commented that "that little guy in the hat. He's an old soul." I believe he is! :)

Heather Kemp is an esthetician and aspiring model from Windsor, Ontario who I have known for a while. Heather contacted me to collaborate with her on a pinup series. We exchanged messages about what we were going to create and I did some legwork on lighting for pinup. Since this was not my first pinup style session, I had lighting already in mind. We met at my studio in Windsor, Ontario and worked together to create enough images for a set. The images seen below are a subset of the entire series.
