Courtney's Punk Rock Photoshoot Meet Courtney Lowenthal, daughter of my good friend Doug Vance - founder of Freekware Apparel. Courtney has wanted to do another portfolio shoot with us for quite some time, ever since her previous music-themed shoot we collaborated on for Freekware Apparel. After some deliberation, Courtney decided she wanted to do a Joan Jett-inspired punk rock photoshoot. I did some research and decided it would be a black and white portrait set, for the classic quality and the punk rock feel. Modern Model Magazine – January 2014

Back in 2014, I was contacted by the publisher of Modern Model Magazine who was interested in publishing a feature on one of my models. This was a first for the magazine as they hadn't previously published any Canadian models as a feature. The model, as seen above, was Laurel Mcintosh. I met Laurel when she was 17 and began working with her, mentoring her to attempt to get her legitimate work as a model.
