I shot this wicked bloody nude photoshoot with Myrissa and a mirror in my studio and it turned out so cool. Myrissa's friend assisted in covering Myrissa with fake blood. It is perhaps one of my most favorite nude and implied photoshoot to date. Myrissa was a perfect model, comfortable in her own skin. Photographing Bodypaint with Lizzy Grandmaison This was a really cool shoot! Lizzy and I planned a shoot involving photographing bodypaint, where she would be painted white and then be splashed with paint from the feet up. We met at my studio and Lizzy proceeded to paint herself white, aided by Sharon, my wife, and studio assistant. Sharon is also a media artist and loves painting acrylic creations. After Lizzy was painted white, it was decided that Sharon would add the color, beginning at the bottom and working her way up, with the artistic freedom to do whatever she liked. Not only because it turned out so perfect but because it was a special collaboration. The concept was to have Lizzy painted white and then colour added. We weren't sure exactly what we wanted the coloured parts to look like so I asked my artist wife Sharon to add the colour.
