My model Lizzy and I like to find unique public or private locations for a fashion photoshoot. This time we wanted a riverfront spot with blacks or browns and a lot of unique character or textures to capture stunning images of Lizzy in Sullen Clothing and accessories. We decided to see what we could accomplish around the HMCS Hunter building at the foot of Mill street in Windsor. I picked Lizzy up and we drive together to the site. I loved the windows, the curved garden wall and, the black fencing. So, we focused on those elements and after shooting for about 25 minutes, we were done. Hot, humid days like today remind me of my youth and going for an ice cream and a Pepsi. Nothing beats the heat like a freezing cold, sweet, melting-in-the-sun drippy ice cream cone. Nothing! So when Myrissa asked me if wanted to do a location photoshoot at an ice cream shop, I was in like gangbusters! I met Myrissa and her fiance Mike at Slinky's Ice Cream in Tecumseh, Ontario. Shooting swimwear with Lizzy I had a fabulous time shooting swimwear photography with Liz on Lake Erie this summer! We took advantage of the available light and captured this amazing set of swimwear images. The tides were low. Swimwear Photography – Point Pelee – Shelby Lee

Swimwear Photography with Shelby Lee I like to do as many swimwear photography shoots as possible during the spring/summer seasons. As with many of my beach/swimwear shoots, I love to use Point Pelee National Park. It has many beaches on both east and west sides so morning or evening, the light is useable. We just pick the beach based on sunrise or sunset. My model on this day was Shelby Lee, a gorgeous blonde model who needed images for Maxim's Finest contest.
