My model Lizzy and I like to find unique public or private locations for a fashion photoshoot. This time we wanted a riverfront spot with blacks or browns and a lot of unique character or textures to capture stunning images of Lizzy in Sullen Clothing and accessories. We decided to see what we could accomplish around the HMCS Hunter building at the foot of Mill street in Windsor. I picked Lizzy up and we drive together to the site. I loved the windows, the curved garden wall and, the black fencing. So, we focused on those elements and after shooting for about 25 minutes, we were done. Natural Nudes and Glamour with Myrissa

Myrissa and I got together to do a photoshoot of natural nudes and glamour at a local conservation area. We worked a few spots in the park but I really liked this mini set of photos we created at the viewing tower and platform. As always, Myrissa chose her wardrobe and accessories and we proceeded to capture some stunning natural nudes and glamour photos of Myrissa in various poses and spots on the structure. Krysta is friendly, outgoing, fun, has a love for Playboy and has been published in industry magazines. She has also done shoots for Playboy Magazine. What started out as "I have a double bed with a duvet in the studio and I can use some sheer curtains as a backdrop," turned into a beautiful, magazine quality boudoir set. Portraits – Nelly – Point Pelee Marsh Boardwalk

A few days ago, we met Nelly to shoot portraits on location at one of my favorite locations, Point Pelee National Park. While my main goal was to shoot bikini images for submission to swimwear magazines, I wanted to also shoot a set on the boardwalk. The boardwalk is rich in wood and natural background textures so the images always come out stunning. A little bit of Photoshop magic to polish off the set is all that is required for my natural light style. Portraits – Ashley

Portraits are always fun! Here are a couple of glamour/personality portraits of Ashley from our recent collaborations to help soothe your day. To create these captures, I used 2 Alien Bees B800 studio strobes, Yongnuo RF-622 triggers/receivers and my trusty Canon 5D Mark II fitted with Canon's image stabilised 70-200mm f/2.8L lens. The lights were flanked on each side of the camera. The key light was placed high and to the left of camera and the second light was used as fill on the right, approximately 1/2 stop less than the key light. Exposure settings: 1/125sec @ f/14 ISO 100

Model Portfolio - Ashley I have been mentoring new and aspiring models for quite some time, building their model portfolio, creating solid, usable and images worthy of publishing. Sometimes I work under the auspices of TF which gives me the chance to practice new photography, lighting and posing techniques or to affirm my grasp of techniques used previously.
